• 97bet reviews VIP tier standings within specified timeframes.
• Violating the terms of VIP benefits may result in membership cancellation.

Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Control Tools

9.2 Account Closure by the Member

9.3 Fund Return Policy

If an account is closed by 97bet, whether funds are returned will be determined based on the severity of the terms violation. In cases of fraud, all funds may be forfeited.

Limits of Liability

97bet makes every effort to keep its platform running without interruption and free of errors. However, 97bet is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Losses caused by a member's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
